The International Teachers' Olympiad (ITO) is a global event designed to assess educators' pedagogical skills on an international scale. Participants receive personalized pedagogy reports, tracking their year-on-year progress and providing tailored growth plans to enhance their teaching capabilities. ITO serves as a platform for teachers to embrace their journey of growth and unlock their #TrueTeachingPotential

My primary responsibility involved visually conveying this message to teachers worldwide through design. The key objective was to create awareness about ITO and drive maximum teacher registrations for the Olympiad. Leading the design of the Olympiad's Landing Page was a pivotal part of my role.

I strategized experiments for page testing, exploring different versions and comparing their impact on crucial metrics such as registrations initiated, completed, and time spent on the page. This allowed us to identify the most effective design, ensuring optimal engagement and maximum registrations.
